About the Role

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and integrate avionics and flight control systems for flight aircraft
• Support instrumentation wiring, electronics assembly, and test functions
• Execute cable routing, wire stripping, harness fabrication, and soldering with precision
• Utilize crimpers, multimeters, and specialty tools to ensure reliable system operation
• Analyze system/product designs for optimal functionality, appearance, safety, and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and enhance system performance

Required Skills and Experience

• 10 years of direct experience in avionics engineering
• Proven expertise in electronics assembly, cable routing, and harness fabrication
• Proficient with crimpers, multimeters, and wire stripping tools
• Strong analytical skills in product/system design within aviation environments

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience working on flight-rated aircraft
