Job Title: Engineering Development Site Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team in the engineering sector. In this role, you will contribute to the transition, startup, operational readiness, and ongoing technical operations support activities associated with the Southlake Engineering Development Center.

• Coordinate equipment relocation, installation, and facility readiness projects.
• Support infrastructure implementation efforts and inventory establishment.
• Facilitate coordination among engineering teams, facilities personnel, contractors, and service providers.
• Maintain technical documentation, including engineering drawing packages and document retention activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment logistics, inventory, and asset tracking.
• Manage material receiving and movement, facility organization, and housekeeping activities.
• Support safety and environmental compliance activities.
• Provide technical documentation support and maintain records within engineering documentation systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience supporting manufacturing, technical operations, or industrial project implementation.
• Experience operating industrial material handling equipment and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Working knowledge of industrial safety practices and environmental compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline and experience with engineering drawing and document management systems.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Preference for candidates with practical industry knowledge and understanding of organizational ways of working.
