[Responsibilities]

• Lead HVAC system design, load calculations, and engineering package development for complex facilities
• Program, implement, and optimize BMS control sequences for efficient building operations
• Oversee reconfiguration, maintenance, and upgrades of equipment, buildings, and infrastructure
• Analyze project data to ensure compliance with specifications, regulatory requirements, and deadlines
• Collaborate with architects and external engineering firms to establish design criteria and produce detailed drawings
• Prepare bid documents and manage contracts for construction and facility acquisitions
• Estimate costs for design, equipment, installation, and labor, ensuring budget alignment
• Inspect construction and installation progress to verify adherence to plans, specifications, and schedules

[Required Skills and Experience]

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC design and engineering
• Minimum 5 years' experience with Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Proven experience delivering comprehensive engineering packages from initial calculations to final system validation
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills

• Advanced knowledge in sustainable building practices or LEED certification
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools
