About the Role

Join our dynamic engineering team as a Facilities Engineer, specializing in mechanical systems, HVAC design, and Building Management System (BMS) controls. You will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing facility infrastructure, ensuring our operations run efficiently, sustainably, and safely. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and oversight of facility equipment, machinery, and structural modifications
• Develop and deliver comprehensive engineering packages, including HVAC load calculations, system layouts, and BMS programming
• Gather and analyze facility and equipment specifications, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with architecture and engineering partners to establish design criteria and detailed drawings
• Prepare bid sheets and manage contracts for construction and acquisition of facilities
• Estimate project costs, covering equipment, materials, installation, and labor
• Direct and inspect construction and installation work to validate conformance to drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Validate final system performance and support ongoing facility optimization

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC design and system commissioning
• Minimum 5 years' experience with Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end engineering packages, from initial calculations through system validation
• Strong understanding of facility operations and compliance standards

Preferred Skills

• Experience with sustainable building practices or LEED certification processes
• Advanced proficiency in BMS programming and automation
• Project management certification or experience leading multidisciplinary teams
