Join our advanced engineering team in Owego, NY as an FPGA Design/Verification Engineer, where you'll play a critical part in R&D programs for safety-critical avionics hardware. [Responsibilities]

• Lead and execute FPGA verification processes including requirements analysis, test development, simulation, coverage analysis, and results documentation.
• Develop and integrate advanced DSP, high-speed digital, communication, and SoC solutions on FPGA platforms.
• Automate and script verification workflows to improve efficiency and affordability of FPGA development.
• Collaborate with cross-discipline teams-systems architects, circuit designers, and hardware engineers-to deliver next-generation avionics solutions.
• Support and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Contribute to design, simulation, integration, and testing for complex, high-speed networking products.
• Participate in FAA or EASA certification audits, ensuring full regulatory compliance.

[Required Skills and Experience]

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in FPGA design and verification.
• Deep expertise with Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus, Synopsys Synplify.
• Advanced proficiency in SystemVerilog for verification.
• Skilled in HDL simulators, waveform viewers, and coverage tools.
• Experience with HIL setups and test equipment such as JTAG and logic analyzers.
• Track record supporting DO-254 certification for avionics hardware.
• Familiar with version control and configuration management best practices.
