Role description

Role: Engineering Manager

Location: Bellevue, WA

Responsibilities:

As a Engineering Manager you will have wide range of responsibilities which includes but not limited to

Technical Leadership

• Manage a team of Software Engineers provide strategic direction and technical leadership to engineering team
• Drive the team toward optimizing development practices and ensuring technical excellence
• Review and guide team on technical design documents covering all aspects of modules and components
• Develop quality code by applying ObjectOriented Programming Concepts using Microsoft Tools and TechnologiesPythonGolang

Project Execution Management

• Oversee project timelines ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives
• Create roadmaps and project plans
• Remain involved in all stages of the development life cycle
• Define project scope goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Identify and manage project risks issues dependencies and critical path
• Proactively manage changes in project scope identify issues and devise contingency plans

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams Engineering Product Managers UX Designers Stakeholders to ensure that product aligns with programs overall objectives and goals

Communication and Reporting

• Create a clear communication plan with all team touchpoints progress dependencies and KPIs
• Conduct demos with business stakeholders and sign off on deliverables
• Create and publish weekly and monthly status reports
• Drive QBR reviews with customers

Skills Required

• Overall 12+ years of experience with demonstrated technical program management experience
• Demonstrated ability to rollup sleeves and work with team members in a handson capacity
• Must have a successful track record of managing engineering programs
• Proven track record of managing engineering podssquads using agile principles
• Must have the interpersonal skills necessary to lead and coordinate with others to accomplish goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good to Have Skills : .Net Core, .NET Core WebAPI (Using MVC Core)

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits

Compensation range: $ 110,000.00 to 120,000.00 per year
