Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead new product development, engineering operations, and product launches within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This individual will oversee engineering teams, drive product development initiatives, and ensure successful transitions from concept and design through production launch and full-scale manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers responsible for new product development, manufacturing engineering, and product launches.
• Oversee the complete product development lifecycle, from initial concept and design through validation, launch, and production ramp-up.
• Manage multiple engineering projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality standards, and customer requirements are met.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams to ensure successful product introductions.
• Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM), process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee tooling, equipment, automation, and manufacturing process development to support high-volume production.
• Lead engineering problem-solving efforts, root cause analysis, and corrective actions during product launches.
• Establish engineering KPIs and monitor project performance, manufacturing efficiency, and launch readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve product quality, reduce manufacturing costs, and increase production capacity.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance management for engineering personnel.
