Twining, Inc., an innovative engineering, testing, and inspection Company, is seeking a visionary Engineering Manager to lead and expand operations on Oahu. This isn't just a project management role; it’s a strategic leadership position designed for a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) who is ready to drive the growth of our geotechnical, materials testing, and special inspection services throughout Hawaii.

As the Engineering Manager for our Honolulu region, you will be the face of Twining in Hawaii. You will manage a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects while leveraging your industry experience to cultivate new business relationships. We are looking for a leader who understands the unique geological and regulatory landscape of the islands and is committed to building a legacy with a premier national firm.
