The Engineering Manager will report into the regional leadership team overseeing the corporate office portfolio and take ownership of engineering service delivery across the Americas.
Lead the delivery of all workplace engineering services across the Americas, ensuring high performance from outsourced partners
Develop and execute regional engineering strategies aligned with the global workplace vision
Optimize asset lifecycle performance through planned, condition-based, and reactive maintenance strategies
Oversee engineering budgets, ensuring cost effectiveness while maintaining service quality and compliance
Act as the regional subject matter expert across mechanical, electrical, fire, and security systems
Drive supplier performance through robust governance, KPIs, and collaborative partnerships
Champion sustainability, energy efficiency, and innovation across the portfolio

For the Engineering Manager we are seeking:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), with professional accreditation preferred
Significant experience managing workplace or corporate real estate engineering across a large, multinational organization
Proven track record of leading outsourced service providers and complex vendor ecosystems
Strong knowledge of asset management, maintenance planning, and lifecycle optimization
Experience managing regional engineering budgets and driving operational efficiencies
Demonstrated leadership capability, with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple geographies
Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and safety within engineering environments
Experience operating within critical environments and delivering high-availability services
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with high emotional intelligence
