Engineering ManagerThe Engineering Manager will report directly into the President & CEO and be responsible for:Lead, coach, and develop engineering, estimating, quality, and technical teams.Drive manufacturing process improvements, productivity gains, quality enhancements, and cost reductions.Oversee estimating activities, including cost analysis, quotations, and manufacturing feasibility reviews.Support CNC machining, tooling, fixturing, process development, and manufacturing optimization efforts.Manage quality systems and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer-specific standards.Partner with Operations, Sales, and Finance to support growth, profitability, and operational excellence.Lead root cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.Interface directly with customers regarding technical requirements, new product introductions, audits, and project execution.Participate in capital planning, technology investments, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
