We're looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Product Development in Plymouth.

We are searching for a strong leader who can connect with customers, capture new opportunities, and ensure project wins are preserved through proactive communication and technical leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Be the customer connector: scout opportunities, support from prototype to production.
• Lead engineering teams in product development, new technology introduction, and global projects.
• Represent our company in industry forums, associations, and publications.
• Drive consistent engineering practices, standards, and documentation.
• Collaborate with business teams to define priorities, timelines, and development costs.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent while upholding corporate values.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong background in internal combustion engine design & control, CAD, GD&T, and simulation.
• Proven leadership in engineering management with customer‑focused communication skills.
• Experience with turbocharging, turbine development, and OEMs (Ford, Stellantis, GM, commercial diesel) is a plus.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and translate them into actionable opportunities.
