About the role We are hiring two Engineering Managers to lead teams in New York City.

Ensure delivery of high-quality software
Foster a strong engineering culture
What we're looking for Essential
3+ years of engineering management experience
Strong technical background in software engineering
Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments
Must be onsite 5 days/week in New York City
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Nice to have
Experience in startups or high-growth companies
Background in AI or enterprise software
