[Responsibilities]
Generate and maintain accurate manufacturing BOMs through detailed computer processing
Develop clear, actionable process instructions for manufacturing teams
Support compliance with all manufacturing regulations and company standards
Proactively identify and lead projects to improve efficiency and process flow
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality)
Contribute to future process and equipment layout designs as the role expands
[Required Skills and Experience]
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Proficient computer skills for BOM and process documentation
Strong initiative and ability to work independently
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
[Preferred Skills]
At least 1 year of hands-on manufacturing experience
Exposure to process or production layout design
Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments
