[Responsibilities]

• Analyze and optimize CCA and module manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, cut costs, and enhance product quality
• Identify and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, and design specifications for fixtures and stencils
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless execution of process changes
• Conduct experiments and trials to validate improvements and ensure compatibility with current equipment and systems
• Provide technical support, guidance, and training to production staff
• Partner with senior engineers to expand your knowledge and expertise in manufacturing processes

[Required Skills and Experience]

• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering with strong knowledge of CCA builds and thru-hole technology
• Demonstrated expertise in process analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement
• Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Skilled in process documentation and technical writing
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
• Experience in cross-functional team environments
• Minimum 15 years' experience in manufacturing engineering

• Equipment maintenance and repair knowledge
