[About the Role]

Join our innovative engineering team as a Manufacturing Engineer, where you will bridge the gap between complex engineering designs and hands-on manufacturing excellence. You will drive process improvements and champion advanced technologies to ensure our manufacturing operations are efficient, cost-effective, and world-class.

[Responsibilities]

• Translate engineering blueprints and parts lists into comprehensive, clear work instructions for production teams.
• Implement automation and cutting-edge technologies to optimize manufacturing processes and efficiency.
• Lead root cause corrective action (RCCA) initiatives and execute Lean Six Sigma projects for continuous process improvement.
• Develop and document process enhancements that reduce costs, improve product quality, and shorten delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges on the manufacturing floor.

[Required Skills and Experience]

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience writing technical work instructions.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with composites fabrication or optical assemblies in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in a manufacturing floor setting.

[Preferred Skills]

• Proficiency in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience with SAP.
• Background in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in CREO/ProE, especially with tool design.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
