Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design and prototype thin film coating products
• Support production teams with technical expertise and troubleshooting
• Monitor in-process and post-production metrology, analyzing data to ensure quality standards
• Prepare and present clear technical documentation and reports
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Material Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline
• Strong interest in advanced materials design and manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience thriving in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
