Job Title: Engineering Program Developer

Location: Bellevue, WA (Remote)

Pay Rate: $56-$95/hr

Employment Type: 12 month Contract to Hire

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an Engineering Program Developer for advanced nuclear reactor development which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in program development, engineering procedures, and cross-functional coordination looking to further their career in nuclear engineering.

• Develop engineering program documents and procedures supporting nuclear facility operations and long-term maintenance
• Coordinate with geographically diverse design teams to create and review plant-level procedures
• Provide technical inputs on system requirements, specifications, and operational strategies
• Support design reviews and resolve cross-functional technical concerns as an SME
• Apply nuclear industry best practices and identify process improvements for continuous enhancement

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Nuclear, Mechanical, Electrical, or other relevant engineering discipline from an accredited university
• 7+ years direct commercial nuclear engineering program experience with demonstrated expertise in nuclear plant systems
• Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) qualification or equivalent (current or former acceptable)
