We're looking for an experienced Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to lead the development of next-generation Android XR hardware platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional engineering teams and drive innovative products from concept through production.


Key Responsibilities


Lead end-to-end development of Android XR hardware platforms.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and suppliers.
Manage hardware NPI (New Product Introduction) builds and product development milestones.
Own program schedules, budgets, resource planning, and risk management.
Lead phase-gate reviews and ensure successful product launches.
Coordinate with global development partners and manage build execution.
Resolve technical and program risks while keeping projects on schedule.
Drive process improvements to enhance product development efficiency.


Required Qualifications


️ 8+ years of overall professional experience.
️ 5+ years of Hardware Engineering Program Management, Product Design Engineering, or related experience.
️ Strong Consumer Electronics Hardware experience (required).
️ Hands-on experience with Hardware NPI Build Management.
️ Experience managing the complete product development lifecycle and phase-gate process.
️ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
️ Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and external vendors.
️ Ability to travel internationally up to 20%.

Experience shipping high-volume consumer electronic products.
Supplier development and manufacturing experience.
Budget planning and scheduling expertise.
Strong presentation and executive communication skills.
