Engineering Project Coordinator

Top 3-5 Must Have Skills

• Project engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Jira with demonstrated hands-on experience on both
• Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently
• Thermal management and heat transfer/heat exchanger experience preferred

Coordinates Engineering projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems. Identifies and analyzes requirements and defines project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 4-6 years of experience in mechanical/aerospace engineering or a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a project engineering and program management. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A degree of creativity and latitude is required. Reports to a department manager and program manager.
