Engineering Project Manager - Tulsa

As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be a key player in our Artificial Lift Systems Business unit, overseeing and executing Engineering projects with precision. In this Role you will work closely with the Engineering teams that support manufacturing and product to help close gaps to drive Engineering Project completion. This role is crucial in driving project success, meeting client expectations, and contributing to the overall growth and reputation of our division. You will collaborate with a talented team, leveraging your expertise and experience to make a significant impact on our operations and client satisfaction.

• Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, industrial Engineering or related technical field
• 3-5 years of proven experience in project management
• Experience in the artificial lift or oil & gas industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and project management software
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and make sound decisions
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently, ensuring project quality and integrity.

• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Manage and coordinate Engineering projects from initial scope and planning through design, validation, production release and project closeout.
• Establish Project Scopes, objectives, schedules, milestones and deliverables
• Maintain open and effective communication providing regular updates on project status
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and operations staff, to align project goals and ensure a cohesive approach.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against key milestones
• Conduct thorough project reviews, analyze data, and provide insightful progress reports to senior management
• Drive timely resolution of issues that could affect project cost, schedule, quality or performance
• Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and encouraging professional growth and development.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team, driving projects to successful completion.
