Engineering Recruiter Optimal Staffing is expanding our high-performing staffing team, and we're looking to add multiple Engineering Recruiters who are passionate about connecting top talent with leading automotive and engineering clients. As a trusted partner to OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, we pride ourselves on building long-term relationships and delivering tailored recruiting solutions that drive success for both candidates and clients.What You'll DoOwn full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles, managing a continuous load of 10-12 open requisitionsSource and engage quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methodsConduct technical and behavioral screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fitBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment processCoordinate interview logistics, provide candidate coaching, and deliver timely feedbackExtend offers and support onboarding activitiesMaintain accurate and detailed records in our ATS, including pipeline activity and recruitment outcomesRepresent Optimal at career fairs and industry events to attract and engage top talentEnsure compliance with all hiring policies and client requirementsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment1-2 years of experience recruiting engineering talent, preferably in the automotive industry (OEM experience a plus)Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systemsExcellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independentlyBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)Why Join UsAt Optimal Staffing, we focus on meaningful connections and long-term success - for both candidates and our clients.
