Pay Range: $21 - $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in developing and maintaining standard work documentation for manufacturing processes.
- Support continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and report manufacturing performance data.
- Assist with process optimization projects to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related technical field.
- Coursework or experience related to manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Previous internship or manufacturing experience.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma or other continuous improvement tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
