Description

This role involves providing technical support in a dynamic environment, focusing on testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various hardware and systems. The position is based onsite in a regional location and is a W2 contract position. Key responsibilities include executing testing procedures, documenting results, and performing quality checks using general office software.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues.
• Perform regular maintenance and testing of equipment.
• Document test results and perform quality assurance checks.
• Analyze data to identify root causes of technical failures.
• Communicate project status and test results to team leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software.
• Proficient in using general office software for data tracking and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
