Job Description
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Sr. Engineering Technician to perform high-volume testing of hydraulic and pneumatic components in a fluid power manufacturing environment. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting, quality assurance, and high-pressure testing for commercial and military products.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hydraulic and pneumatic component testing.
- Set up, operate, and monitor test equipment.
- Troubleshoot test failures and equipment issues.
- Analyze and document test results.
- Follow testing procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Support process improvements and production efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 4-6 years of technical, manufacturing, testing, or related experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to quality and safety.
Preferred Experience
- Hydraulic and/or pneumatic systems testing.
- High-pressure fluid power systems.
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting experience.
- Aerospace, military, manufacturing, or precision production environments.
- High-volume production testing.
