• Pay Rate: $29/hr

Responsibilites:

• Provide excellent customer service to applicants
• Verify customer identity and required documents
• Capture electronic fingerprints, photos, and signatures
• Complete biometric enrollment and required paperwork
• Enter and scan customer information into the database
• Operate fingerpritn scanners, cameras, tablets, and computers
• Perform basic troubleshooting of enrollment equipment
• Set up and break down mobile enrollment equipment
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of customer information

Must Have Qualifications:

• 1+ year of customer service, enrollment, registration, biometric, fingerprinting, document verification, or related experience
