Your Role

Akkodis is seeking an Enterprise Architect for a Contract with a client in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise cloud architecture, integrating AWS-based solutions, data platforms, and AI/ML capabilities to support business and technology objectives.

Rate Range: $49/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Enterprise Architect Job Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop enterprise architecture solutions leveraging AWS cloud technologies, AI/ML capabilities, and modern integration frameworks to support business objectives.

• Collaborate with Agile teams, stakeholders, and technical leaders to define architecture standards, solution roadmaps, and technology strategies.

• Lead the integration of AI/ML capabilities into existing platforms and applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and business value.

• Establish and enforce data architecture standards, governance practices, API management policies, and cloud best practices across enterprise systems.

• Support DevOps and cloud modernization initiatives, including application integration, automation, containerization, and continuous delivery processes.

• Provide technical guidance, architecture reviews, and cross-functional leadership while ensuring successful delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, or a related technical field. Master's degree or relevant cloud certifications are preferred.

• 8-10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Solution Design, or Digital Transformation initiatives.

• Strong expertise in AWS cloud technologies, enterprise integration patterns, API management, data architecture, and DevOps practices, with experience designing scalable and secure enterprise solutions.

• Proven experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into business applications and platforms, with strong stakeholder management, Agile collaboration, and enterprise-wide architecture governance experience.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $64.00 per hour
