Job Summary We are seeking an experienced
Enterprise Architect to define and drive the organization's overall technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term vision. The ideal candidate will lead architectural governance, design scalable and secure enterprise solutions, and support digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Define, implement, and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and governance models Align IT strategy with business objectives , ensuring a cohesive technology roadmap Design end-to-end enterprise architecture covering applications, data, infrastructure, and integration layers Evaluate, recommend, and implement emerging technologies, platforms, and tools Lead digital transformation initiatives , including cloud adoption and legacy modernization programs Ensure interoperability, scalability, security, and high performance across enterprise systems Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate requirements into architecture solutions Provide architectural leadership and guidance for complex, high-impact programs and initiatives Review solution architectures to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and best practices Drive adoption of architecture best practices, governance models, and documentation standards Establish and enforce architecture review boards (ARB) and governance processes Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent) Deep expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Proven experience in digital transformation and modernization initiatives Strong understanding of integration patterns (API, microservices, middleware) Knowledge of security architecture and compliance standards Expertise in scalability, performance tuning, and distributed systems design Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills Ability to influence decisions at leadership level Preferred Qualifications TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Exposure to data architecture, analytics, or AI/ML ecosystems Prior experience in large-scale enterprise environments Key Competencies Strategic thinking and vision alignment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Leadership and cross-functional collaboration Governance, compliance, and risk management mindset Show more Skills
