Job Description:
- Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining and governing target-state architecture across business, application, data, and technology domains.
- The role ensures that strategic change, platform evolution, and delivery initiatives align to enterprise principles, simplify the landscape, reduce duplication, and improve control, resilience, and reuse across the organisation.
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture vision, roadmaps, and target-state designs.
- Translate business strategy into pragmatic architecture direction and investment priorities.
- Provide governance over major change initiatives, solution designs, and technology choices.
- Drive simplification, standardisation, and rationalisation across applications, data, and integration patterns.
- Partner with business, engineering, data, security, and operations stakeholders to shape cross-domain outcomes.
- Establish and promote architecture principles, standards, patterns, and reference models.
- Assess current-state capabilities, identify gaps, risks, and dependencies, and recommend transition plans.
- Support regulatory, control, resilience, and risk-management objectives through sound architectural design.
- Encourage innovation, including data, AI, and automation opportunities, while maintaining appropriate governance.
Must Have:
- Investment Banking/Capital Market experience is MUST
- Front/middle and back office experience is MUST
- Designing Experince is MUST
