Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Systems Project Manager to lead information system projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, involving software implementation and upgrades. This role requires strong project management, communication, and GxP experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all project phases for information system projects.
  • Define project requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and perform needs/impact assessments.
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage resource allocation, track progress, and oversee change control.
  • Ensure on-time delivery, within budget, with proper testing, documentation, and training.
  • Manage projects that may vary in number, size, and complexity, including enterprise business applications.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience managing complex IT projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with enterprise business applications and/or GxP projects.
Domain/Industry Experience:
Enterprise Business Applications (e.g., SFDC, SAP), GxP projects.
