Position Details:
Enterprise Change Mgmt. Advisor- Philadelphia, PA
Location                           : Philadelphia, PA 19104
Project Duration          : 6 Months contract   
Salary Range                  : $55/hr - $60/hr
Shift                                    : M-F (8x5)
 
Job Summary:
We have embarked on an exciting journey to implement Workday Skills and Talent Optimization, with full enterprise roll-out in January 2028. This is a cultural shift for client. With a significant cultural shift comes a need for strong change management. We have begun change management activities, including decisions around a phased pilot approach that will begin in January 2027, ahead of our full roll-out the following year. We have also begun to identify change champions across the organization, and our change management workstream is led by two Prosci-certified HR team members. We now need to build additional capacity in our change management team as we enter a crucial phase of preparation for our first pilot group go-live.
 
Required Skills & Experience:

• At least five (5) years of change management experience.

 
Preferred Skills & Experience:

• At least seven (7) years Overseeing/ involvement in enterprise projects with increasing responsibilities.
• At least three (3) years of healthcare, research, or academic related environment.

 
Required Education:

• High School Diploma / GED

 
Required Certifications& Licensure:

• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner upon hire.

OR

• ADKAR upon hire.
• Level 2A Worker
