    Job Description

    About the Role

Wake up to a dashboard that tells a story: yesterday’s demand curves shifting, costs nudging forecasts, and KPIs hinting at what to fix next. As our Enterprise Forecasting and Planning Analyst, your day moves from exploring data and pressure-testing assumptions to partnering with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to turn insights into action. You’ll build models, interrogate variances, and help the business make confident choices—today and over the long horizon.

    What You’ll Tackle

    • Comb through historical and in-flight data to pinpoint patterns, opportunities, risks, and performance gaps.
    • Design and maintain forecasting models and planning reports that power operational and business decisions.
    • Track results against forecasts, budgets, plans, and established KPIs to keep performance on course.
    • Investigate variances, explain the “why,” and recommend adjustments to optimize outcomes and resource use.
    • Drive the planning rhythm: annual planning, monthly/quarterly forecast updates, and long-range outlooks.
    • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and other teams to gather requirements and co-create practical planning solutions.
    • Keep assumptions, datasets, models, and documentation accurate, current, and auditable.
    • Run scenario and what-if analyses to evaluate potential choices before the business commits.
    • Spot and lead improvements in processes, reporting, data quality, and planning methodologies.
    • Balance multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment without losing the details.
    • Communicate effectively in Korean—reading, writing, and speaking—to support stakeholders and data narratives.

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Statistics, Analytics, or a closely related discipline.
    • 2+ years in planning, finance, forecasting, financial/business/operations analysis, or a similar analytical role.
    • Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Advanced Excel mastery (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis techniques).
    • Comfort handling large datasets and distilling them into clear, actionable business guidance.
    • Polished written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
    • Proven success collaborating across functions and building strong working relationships.
