Enterprise IT Project Manager

Hansen Talent Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and technology modernization initiatives for a South Carolina state agency. This is a hybrid position requiring two days onsite per week.

The Enterprise IT Project Manager will oversee multiple concurrent technology projects, collaborating with technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership to ensure successful delivery.

Duties:

• Lead enterprise IT projects involving infrastructure, cloud migration, networking, cybersecurity, and system modernization.

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.

• Utilize Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint Online for project tracking, documentation, reporting, and collaboration.

• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

• Manage project risks, dependencies, resources, and competing priorities.

• Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates to executive leadership.

• Improve project governance, reporting processes, and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• Enterprise IT project management experience.

• Active PMP certification required.

• Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure and cloud transformation initiatives.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise projects with combined budgets exceeding $1 million.

• Advanced Jira experience, including project tracking and administration.

• Strong experience with Confluence administration and documentation governance.

• Experience with infrastructure migrations, vendor management, and cross-functional project delivery.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
