Work Mode: Onsite initially; hybrid schedule may be allowed once the consultant is acclimated

Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of Project Management experience managing projects of moderate to high complexity
- Demonstrated experience with Business Analysis and process redesign
- 5+ years of experience managing IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise-level initiatives
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable Project Management certification
- Experience simultaneously managing multiple work efforts
- Strong schedule management and resource planning skills
- Ability to identify, map, and re-engineer business processes
- Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) experience
- Power BI and/or data dashboard experience
- Lead end-to-end project delivery covering scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, communications, and resource coordination
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, communication plans, status reports, and executive updates
- Manage cross-functional teams consisting of internal IT teams, vendors, SMEs, and agency partners
- Facilitate project work sessions to validate scope, requirements, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Identify project risks and issues and develop and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Support procurement activities involving RFPs, SOWs, vendor oversight, and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with agency policies, security requirements, records-management standards, and project governance frameworks
- Maintain alignment between project sponsors, stakeholders, technical teams, and business teams
- Lead structured requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews, workshops, journey mapping, process modeling, and data analysis

- Define and document current-state and future-state processes, workflows, and data flows
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for business process redesign/re-engineering
- Define KPIs and help quantify business value
- Translate business requirements into solution designs in collaboration with architecture, security, data, and infrastructure teams
- Evaluate build-vs-buy options
- Support development of diagrams, models, and integration patterns as required
- Develop change management and communication plans
- Coordinate UAT, cutover activities, implementation readiness, and post-launch support
- Monitor adoption through metrics and user feedback
