As an Enterprise Solutions Consultant, you will help leading energy organizations accelerate their digital transformation by combining deep industry expertise with emerging technologies. You will partner with business leaders, engineering teams, and technology experts to shape digital strategies, identify innovation opportunities, and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency, resilience, sustainability, and long-term business value.
This is a US-based role with an anticipated base salary range of $180,000–$230,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Define and execute digital transformation strategies for Energy & Utilities clients in collaboration with Centers of Excellence, delivery teams, and global innovation communities
- Advise organizations on adopting emerging technologies, including AI, advanced analytics, digital twins, IoT, and intelligent automation to address complex business and operational challenges
- Identify strategic opportunities across smart grids, renewable energy, predictive maintenance, asset performance, decarbonization, and energy data monetization
- Facilitate workshops with business, engineering, and technology stakeholders to assess current-state environments, define future-state visions, and develop transformation roadmaps
- Lead the design of integrated digital solutions that align business priorities with technology capabilities across enterprise and operational environments
- Translate business objectives into actionable implementation plans by identifying capability gaps, recommending solution approaches, and prioritizing high-value initiatives
- Manage project scope, priorities, risks, and stakeholder expectations while delivering measurable business outcomes throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Collaborate with utilities, grid operators, technology partners, OEMs, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery
- Support Go-to-Market initiatives, presales activities, innovation programs, and industry thought leadership
- Build trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders and guiding organizations through complex digital transformation initiatives
- Travel around 30% of working time
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives within the Energy & Utilities industry
- Strong understanding of utility operations, energy value chains, grid modernization, asset management, renewable energy, and energy market dynamics
- Hands-on experience applying modern digital technologies—including AI/ML, advanced analytics, computer vision, digital twins, cloud platforms, and IoT—to solve business and operational challenges
- Knowledge of industry trends such as energy transition, smart grids, decarbonization, intelligent asset management, and digital operations
- Experience integrating digital solutions across enterprise and operational technology environments
- Strong consulting, business analysis, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes
- Experience facilitating executive workshops, managing stakeholders, and communicating effectively with both technical and business audiences
- Background in solution consulting, presales, Go-to-Market strategy, or innovation management
- Experience working in Agile environments with a solid understanding of software delivery and digital product development
- Strong leadership, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English

Final compensation within this range will be determined based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, budget, and market conditions.
The anticipated salary range for this role is $180,000.00 – $230,000.00 annually, in line with our internal compensation framework and budget allocation for the role. Most candidates are offered a salary within this disclosed range. If the role is eligible for a variable pay plan, this would be considered separately and may provide additional earnings beyond the base salary range reflected here.
