Enterprise Systems Techno-Functional Lead

Role Overview

We are hiring a contract Techno-Functional Lead to manage our Sitetracker implementation and own its integrations. Sitetracker's team provides product design and configuration support; you drive the project, lead integration work, and give technical and functional guidance to our internal team.

Based on bandwidth, the role may extend to other Enterprise Systems projects (Procurement/SAP Ariba and CRM/Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Sitetracker implementation end to end: plan, milestones, RAID log, status reporting, and vendor accountability.

Lead integration design and delivery between Sitetracker and Jira, Google Sheets, SAP Ariba, and Salesforce, using MuleSoft as the integration layer.

Review the Sitetracker team's design and configuration; challenge decisions and own functional sign-off.

Run stakeholder workshops, capture business requirements, and translate them into specifications and configuration.

Own data migration readiness: mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.

Lead integration testing and UAT; triage and resolve functional and integration defects.

Prepare documentation and user training; drive cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.

Coordinate with internal technical teams, Procurement, and Marketing/CRM stakeholders.

Mentor internal team members and transfer knowledge before the contract ends.

Required Experience

8+ years in enterprise application implementations as a techno-functional lead, business systems analyst, or technical project manager.

Hands-on integration experience: REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and an integration platform; MuleSoft strongly preferred.

Delivered integrations with systems such as Jira, Google Workspace/Sheets, SAP Ariba, ERP, or Salesforce, including error handling and monitoring.

Managed a vendor-led implementation, holding the vendor to scope, timeline, UAT, and cutover.

Salesforce platform fluency: data model, configuration, and security. Sitetracker is Salesforce-native.

Understanding of project, site, or asset management processes, and procure-to-pay.

Owned data migration and UAT on a prior implementation.

Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication across business and technical teams.

Nice to Have

Sitetracker experience, or a similar site, asset, construction, facilities, or field-service application.

Telecom, utilities, energy, or infrastructure rollout background.

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder) or MuleSoft certification.

PMP or Agile certification.

Experience training end users and running post-go-live hypercare
