Your Role

Akkodis is seeking an Enterprise Technology Architect for a Contract job with a client in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Vendor Management, Invoice Processing, Workflow Approvals, and Accounts Payable Operations, along with a proven ability to drive process optimization and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Rate Range: $90/hour to $92/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Enterprise Technology Architect Job Responsibilities Include:

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, reporting requirements, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across Source-to-Settle (S2S) operations.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Procure-to-Pay enhancements and stabilization initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, technical coordination, testing support, deployment, and post-production support.

• Support and optimize vendor onboarding, vendor maintenance, purchase requisition processing, purchase order management, and procurement workflows.

• Drive improvements to non-PO invoice processing, invoice approval workflows, accounts payable operations, reconciliations, and operational visibility processes.

• Coordinate with AMS teams, project teams, integration teams, reporting teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of enterprise procurement solutions.

• Support Ariba integrations, upstream and downstream system interfaces, and enterprise procurement process automation initiatives.

• Assist with backlog prioritization, effort estimation, defect management, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement activities.

• Identify opportunities to reduce manual processing, improve invoice cycle times, streamline procurement operations, and enhance accounts payable efficiency.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Strong experience supporting SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within enterprise environments.

• Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, invoice processing, workflow approvals, and accounts payable operations.

• Experience gathering business requirements, designing functional solutions, and supporting SAP procurement and finance process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting SAP Ariba implementations, integrations, and supplier collaboration processes.

• Knowledge of accounts payable reconciliation processes, procurement compliance requirements, and financial controls.

• Experience working within Agile delivery environments and supporting backlog management and release planning activities.

• Familiarity with reporting and analytics solutions supporting procurement and finance organizations.

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation, ERP modernization, or procurement optimization initiatives.

Pay Details: $90.00 to $92.00 per hour
