A well-established law firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support a team of attorneys. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks, requiring organization, tech-savviness, and discretion. Prior law firm experience is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel (domestic and international).Draft agendas, schedules, and event materials.Assist with document preparation, formatting, proofreading, and electronic signatures.Maintain digital and physical filing systems ensuring accurate document storage.Prepare expense reports and submit client invoices promptly.Enter attorney time entries and assist with client invoicing.Draft and process client engagement letters and retainer agreements.Interact professionally with clients and guests via email, phone, and in person.Follow up on client communications and requests.Support attorneys with registrations and legal filings.Perform other administrative and legal support duties as assigned.Skills & Qualifications:Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.Professional demeanor and stakeholder interaction skills.Tech-savviness and quick learning of firm software systems.Requirements:At least 5 years of administrative experience in a law firm or legal department.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Familiarity with legal billing and expense systems (e.g., Aderant, ChromeRiver) is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
