Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through direct outreach and face-to-face meetings
• Present and communicate consulting solutions to prospective clients
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics
• Track client interactions and sales activity
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• No prior sales experience required — full training provided
• Coachable with a strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Addison, TX
