What You’ll Do
- Meet with customers and provide exceptional service and support in-person
- Build positive relationships with customers and represent client programs professionally
- Answer questions, provide account support, and communicate important updates
- Learn and apply effective communication and customer engagement strategies
- Work closely with management to achieve team and client goals
- Track and analyze daily Law of Averages
- Maintain accurate account information
- Receive ongoing coaching and feedback to continuously improve your skills
- Take on additional responsibilities, quotas, and leadership opportunities

The Environment
This is a
