About the Role:
Vanguard Executive Partners LLC is looking for a driven and ambitious Entry Level Account Manager to join our growing team in Dearborn, MI. No previous experience is required; training is provided.



Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing client accounts
• Present products and services to prospective clients through face to face interactions
• Collaborate with team members 
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales and performance targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a sales environment
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• No prior experience required — full training provided for the right candidate
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work on-site in Dearborn, MI
