Evening availability is highly preferred.

Potential shifts:

• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Operating Hours:

• Mon-Thur: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (8:00 PM during Daylight Savings Time)
• Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Training

First 2 Weeks: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Week 1: Classroom Training
• Week 2: On-the-Job Training
• 100% attendance required during training

What You'll Do

This is a high-volume outbound sales environment utilizing a power dialer.

Responsibilities include:

• Making 500-600 outbound calls daily
• Engaging prospective students and building interest
• Transferring qualified prospects to campus representatives or scheduling appointments
• Achieving a minimum goal of 24 transfers/appointments per day
• Managing multiple systems simultaneously

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting goals
• Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills
• Highly motivated by performance metrics and results
• Assertive communication style with confidence on the phone
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Competitive, coachable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment where performance is measured and ranked
