    Job Description

    Position: 
    Cashco has one opening for an Entry Level Assembler.
     
    Summary: 
    An Entry Level Assembler must have a great attitude, ability to learn quickly and can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
     
    Responsibilities:
    • Efficiently assemble quality production parts using hand tools, power tools, or machinery in a safe manner.
    • Troubleshooting issues that arise during the assembly process and help implement solutions to ensure a smooth workflow.
    • Identify and report any defects or issues at any given time.
    • Follow safety procedures.
    • Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
    • Effectively meeting production goals in a timely manner.
    • Communicating with other employees and supervisors as necessary.
    • May be responsible for training new employees and providing guidance to less experienced Assemblers.
    Qualifications: 
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Must have the ability to read blueprints and understand the assembly process.
    • Must possess basic computer knowledge.
    • Must have a technical aptitude and an understanding of mechanical principles.
    • The ability to communicate openly in a team environment.
    • Strong attention to detail along with organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks daily.
    Requirements:
