Entry Level Assembly

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that our products are assembled accurately and efficiently. Shifts Available

• **3rd shift: **Monday - Friday, 10:00pm-6:10am + optional OT on weekends.

• Weekend Schedule: 1st shift, Friday-Sunday, 6:00am-6:30pm

• Weekend Schedule: 2nd shift, Friday-Sunday, 6:00pm-6:30am

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all assembled products meet company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve assembly processes.
• Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or improvements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
