Position-Entry Level Attorney-Employment & Labor Law

Location- Seattle, WA.

Shift-Full-Time (On-Site)

Role Description:

 The Entry Level Attorney will work on-site in Seattle, WA in a full-time capacity, supporting litigation matters that impact clients’ employment and business operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence, and assisting with case strategy under the supervision of senior attorneys. The role involves reviewing documents, preparing case files, and participating in client meetings to gather facts and provide case updates. The attorney will also help with settlement discussions and court appearances as appropriate, while maintaining clear and professional communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications:

Strong foundation in Law, with coursework or experience related to Labor and Employment Law.
Ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice under supervision, with strong client communication skills.
Proficiency in Legal Research, including case law, statutes, and administrative regulations.
Basic Negotiation skills and an interest in developing effective settlement and advocacy strategies.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; admission to the Washington State Bar (or eligibility pending bar results).
Excellent legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work collaboratively in a team environment, and maintain professional integrity.
Interest in litigation practice focused on protecting workers and businesses; prior clerkship, internship, or clinical experience is beneficial.
