What You'll Do

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and multi-point inspections.
• Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance needs or potential concerns.
• Follow established service procedures and maintain high standards for quality and safety.
• Work efficiently while ensuring each vehicle is serviced correctly.
• Communicate inspection findings and service recommendations to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to expand your technical skills.

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in automotive repair.
• Previous automotive maintenance experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet dealership driving requirements.
