We are a growing event marketing and community outreach organization that partners with national nonprofit organizations and community programs to support public engagement, awareness campaigns, and fundraising initiatives through live events and outreach activities.
We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Brand Ambassador to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, public relations, and event-based outreach.
This is an entry-level position with full training provided. No prior experience is required.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including recent graduates, career changers, and individuals with experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sports, or communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit partners at community events and outreach programs
- Engage with the public to share information about campaigns and initiatives
- Communicate program goals and community impact in a clear and professional manner
- Support outreach and engagement efforts at live events
- Assist with event setup, execution support, and breakdown
- Maintain accurate records of customer and donor interactions
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily outreach goals
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development
- Maintain a positive and professional presence at all events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-based environment
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or volunteer experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
