Great fit for people pivoting out of retail management, hospitality, shift supervision, warehouse leadership, or customer service. No prior corporate or insurance experience required.
Daily Responsibilities
Connect face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers
Conduct consultative presentations on voluntary employee benefits
Serve as a reliable liaison for enrollment and ongoing service
Track activity using CRM tools
Participate in coaching and team development
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal communication skills and coachable attitude
Self-motivated and comfortable in a goal-oriented environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to complete state licensing (guidance provided)
Compensation
Performance-based with uncapped earning potential + performance bonuses
Historical first-year average: $48,200 – $90,100+, depending on performance
