Daily Focus
- Connect face-to-face with local business owners to understand what their teams need.
- Deliver simple, straightforward presentations explaining supplemental insurance options available to employees.
- Act as a friendly, reliable point of contact to support your clients over the long term.
- Take full ownership of your daily schedule, appointments, enrollments, and follow-ups.
Qualifications Transferable Skills
- Backgrounds as shift supervisors, warehouse leads, crew foremen, restaurant captains, or assistant managers excel here.
- Honest communication skills and a genuine interest in building professional relationships.
- Coachable attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to complete state licensing (study materials provided).
Compensation Schedule
- **Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday daytime schedule.
