Entry Level CDL-A Truck Driver

If you just finished CDL school in Middle Tennessee, here's a first job that pays you to learn and never asks you to unload a trailer. Temperature-controlled freight, steady miles, home every two weeks.

Training

• 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced mentor
• $650 a week training pay
• Straight to full solo pay when you finish

Solo Pay

• $1,300 to $1,500 average weekly gross
• $1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo
• 1,900 to 2,500 miles a week
• Monthly performance bonus

The Day to Day

• No unloading
• Home every 2 weeks

Requirements

• At least 21 with a valid Class A CDL
• 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, no experience needed
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Pass hair and urine drug testing
