As an Entry-Level Civil Engineer (EI) in our Surface Water Engineering Group, you will work alongside industry experts to develop solutions for stormwater and green stormwater infrastructure projects.

Your Role & Responsibilities

In this role, you will contribute to:

• Hydrologic & Hydraulic Analysis - Conduct studies that support sustainable water management.
• Engineering Design & Modeling - Utilize industry-leading software to develop engineering solutions.
• Project Documentation & Reporting - Assist in preparing technical reports and project plans.
• Construction Cost Estimating - Support project budgeting and planning efforts.

What We Are Looking For

• Academic Excellence - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or within one semester of graduation) with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Certification & Experience - Engineer Intern (EI) certification is required; 0-4 years of experience in surface water hydrology and hydraulics is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency - Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, EPA SWMM, and ArcGIS is highly desirable.
• Strong Communication Skills - Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.
• Problem-Solving Mindset - A self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to innovate.
• Commitment to Professional Growth - A proactive learner who welcomes feedback and continuously seeks improvement.
